Christmas was wonderful!!

Christmas was absolutly wonderful! Madilyn woke up about 6:00 (very early for her) and was ready to go! She went right to her stocking and had a blast opening everything that Santa brought her. Soon after, she was soooo tired, she went back to bed for another hour. Finally she woke up and was ready to go for the day. She knew just what to do with her presents and wanted to play with everything as she opened them. Between Daddy and Uncle Sean, they were able to get everything open and I swear, she actually played with EVERYTHING! She loves her Little People Noah's arc that Santa brought her and her Little People Farm that Uncle Rob got her. She had a blast staying at home with daddy all week and playing basketball with her Little Tykes hoop from Uncle Sean and Aunt Jen. We spent the morning with the Hoyt side and the evening with the Mealy side. Im ready to take our first annual Christmas day tradition next year, and have all the family come over to our house! :-) We had to take Maddie yesterday to have blood drawn for a Lead test. It was the worst experience ever!!! I had to sit and hold Maddie in my lap while holding her right arm down so she couldnt move it. Dave had to stand and hold her left arm straight she wouldnt move while the woman was drawing the blood. As a mom, it was so hard to see my child going through that! The funniest part of the experience was when Maddie pointed to the calander and said...."CLAUSE." It was a picture of a huge fluffy cat with a santa hat on!!!!
